WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We recommend placing your order at least 5–6 months before your wedding or event to allow plenty of time for production, delivery, and any alterations that may be required.Our current production timeframe is approximately 8–12 weeks, depending on the design and any customisations requested. Once your gown is complete, it is carefully packaged and sent to you. Please allow additional time for shipping.While we take great care to ensure your gown is made as accurately as possible, it's always best to order early. This allows enough time for any minor alterations, such as hemming or fit adjustments, to achieve the perfect fit before your special day.If your wedding or event is sooner than this, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to let you know whether we can accommodate your timeframe

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A DRESS?

As every gown is made to order, our current production timeframes are approximately 8–12 weeks from your order date.Shorter and less detailed designs typically take around 8–10 weeks, while most full-length gowns take approximately 10–12 weeks. Please note that custom sizing or design changes may extend these timeframes. Shipping time is in addition to the production timeframe.We reccomend ordering around 5-6 months prior to your wedding or event date to ensure plenty of time for production and delivery. If you require your gown urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to advise whether we can meet your timeframe.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering your dream gown is easy! You can place an order directly through our website or visit our Emerald showroom during a scheduled appointment.If you're ordering online and need help with sizing, customisations, or choosing the right gown, we're always happy to answer your questions before you place your order.

WHEN IS PAYMENT REQUIRED?

As all of our gowns are made to order, full payment is required at the time you place your order.Even our standard-sized gowns are individually made for each bride, with custom hem lengths included to suit your height. Because production begins specifically for your order, full payment secures your gown and allows our seamstresses to commence creating it.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Because every gown is made especially for you, changes may only be possible if production has not yet begun.If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, but once your gown has entered production, no further changes can be made.

We accept a range of secure payment options to make purchasing your dream gown as easy as possible.Our accepted payment methods include:PaypalVisa (Via Stripe)Mastercard (Via Stripe)Bank DepositPayPal Pay in 4 AfterpayCashWe also happily accept international orders. Payments are securely processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and your payment provider or bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency where applicable. Please note that exchange rates and any international transaction fees are determined by your payment provider.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

We understand that weddings don't always go to plan, and occasionally a gown is needed sooner than expected.If you're working with a shorter timeframe, please contact us before placing your order. Depending on our current production schedule and your chosen design, we may be able to accommodate a rush order, but generally 8 weeks is our absolute fastest timing. While we can't guarantee rush production for every gown, we'll always do our best to help.

DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?

At this stage, we don't offer an in-house payment plan.However, we do accept Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 on eligible purchases, allowing you to spread the cost of your order over several instalments.We also accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, with secure payment available for both Australian and international customers.
