Please note that Desert Moon Bridal operates as a showroom, meaning we cannot guarantee that every dress style will be available to view or try on, or that each style will be stocked in multiple sizes. Before booking travel we recommend reaching out with what designs you wish to try on and your sizing so we can confirm our stock.

Our showroom is designed to help brides and formal students explore our collection, discuss customisation options, and have professional measurements taken for ordering. You are more than welcome to try on any sample gowns available in your size; however, availability will vary depending on current stock. Thank you for your understanding.

Appointment Information

• All appointments are 60-minute consultations, unless otherwise arranged.

• Appointments are by booking only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments.

• We often have appointments scheduled immediately before and after yours. If you are running early or late, please let us know as soon as possible to help us keep appointments running smoothly.

Parking

Desert Moon Bridal has one designated customer parking space located in the car park beside the building. Please look for the Desert Moon Bridal parking sign.

If this space is occupied, additional parking is available further down the cul-de-sac or in the Supercheap Auto car park across the road.

Before Trying On Gowns

• If you are planning to have a spray tan or apply fake tan, we kindly ask that you do so at least 2–3 days before your appointment to help prevent colour transfer onto our gowns.

• You're welcome to wear makeup to your appointment. Many brides find that having their hair and makeup done beforehand helps them better visualise their bridal look.

• For undergarments, we recommend wearing a strapless bra for most designs, although many of our gowns include built-in cups. If you prefer, you may also wear shapewear, particularly under fitted or slim-fitting styles, for a smooth silhouette.
